Move 1 (Description about buddhism

Buddhism is the practice to purify our minds of the three poisons. These are known as: greed, hatred, and ignorance. They say “poisons” because they mean these things are the bad in our minds and when you purify them you accept them and move on from them. Buddhism is a religion to about 300 million people around the world. The word comes from budhi, which means to awaken. Buddhism originated about 2,500 years ago, when Siddhartha Gotama was awakened. Most people believe that Buddhism is not a religion and is thought to be more of a philosophy. In this philosophy there is no wishful thinking. Everything you learn in Buddhism is based on what Buddha observed the way things are in the world.

There are many teachings of Buddhism. These are the four major practices: The Four Noble Truths, The Eightfold Path, The Five Skandhas, and The Six Realms.
